A well presented modern 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Townhouse on the boarder of Varsity Lakes and Reedy Creek 5 mins drive from Robina Town Centre 10 mins drive to Bond Uni 7 mins drive to Burleigh beach less than 1 kilometer to the new Varsity Lakes Train station. The house has use of a pool and BBQ area. Also air conditioning ceiling fans an enclosed rear garden which backs onto a reserve. Secure off street parking. The townhouse is a renovated 10 year old two story 3 bedroom not far from Robina Town Centre close to a bus stop and new train station at Varsity Lakes. Also only 10 mins drive to Bond Uni and Burleigh Beach. Less than 3ks to Treetops Plaza Shopping Centre. The house has Air con ceiling fans and security screens. Theres a renovated bathroom with shower bath and separate toilet. I have a 3 year old golden retriever friendly dog who lives outside (sits on mat when home). Originally from the UK I work in the fitness industry as a Personal Fitness Trainer and run my own successful fitness training business. I am outgoing and like to have a chat and catch up etc but also like to relax and chill too im respectful of others and would like someone the same I love the outdoorsy stuff and into many sports. I am usually in bed early during the week (school nights!!) as i am up at the crack of dawn to train clients but like to chill out and sometimes have a couple beers/socialise/BBQs on the weekends.
