Also only 1 kilometer (10 min walk) to the Varsity Lakes Train station. The Townhouse is in a quiet complex and has use of a swimming pool and BBQ area. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and enclosed rear garden which backs onto a reserve. Secure off street parking. There is one double room available (can be furnished or unfurnished), Share a renovated bathroom (with bath tub and two separate toilets) with another clean and tidy person. A spare mountainbike can also be used for free.
