Available now room in Bardon. Brick low set house. Timber floors through out including bedroom. Large backyard with gardens. Room is smallish but plenty of room for a queen sized bed and plenty of built ins for storage etc. Very quiet location and family orientated street. Our house is comfortable and cosy with all amenities/furniture except for the empty room. We have unlimited Internet which is $20 each per month. Electricity works out roughly $25 per month.House mates are both into keeping fit and dont do a large amount of partying but still enjoy a drink on occasion.If this place sounds like you please do not hesitate to contact me and we will arrange a time for you to come have a look:)
