I am currently living in the apartment and I am looking for 2 clean females to rent out the two rooms upstairs. The rooms have their own entrance to the shared bathroom. The Apartment is double-story and I have the room downstairs so you will have lots of space upstairs. Both rooms are fully furnished with double beds desks and closets. The apartment has a massive balcony overlooking Varsity Lakes and there is a large kitchen dining room and living area. The apartment has a TV washer/dryer internet etc. The complex is gated and also has a great gym and a huge swimming pool sauna spa and entertainment area. It is located right beside Market square where there are shops cafes and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to Robina and a 2 minute walk to Bond Uni.
