I am an easy going guy who will do anything for any one if i can. I love to surf bush walk camping and anything to do with the outdoors. I am looking for a quiet respectfull person who is reliable with bills. Someone who is studying would be best but not necessairy.The room is about 2.7m by 2.9m and has a queen size bed in it but am looking for a king single. The lounge room is about 5m by 3.8m and the kitchen has good bench space for cooking as well as being of decent size. The unite is fully fernished and has broad band internet. Their is a bus stop around the corner which goes to beenliegh train station or you can walk to the station which takes about 15 minutes. The shops are 3 minutes walk away.
