I live in a 2 bedroom duplex in a quiet complex of 7 units and Im looking for a housemate to move into the 2nd bedroom. The house is fully furnished with all you would need TV DVD Internet but alas no cable. The kitchen is fully equipped too and plenty of space for any of your own stuff. The unit also has a small yard plenty of storage space in the garage carport for one (available as I have a bike) and a pool on the complex. The room has a wardrobe and a queen bed own bathroom (with bath and shower) and toilet.The unit is very near everything. Actually comes under Bundall but I am 5 mins from Surfers only a short walk and plenty of shops nearby.Im a real easy guy to live with. No dramas. As long as your are clean and tidy and get on with others we will get on just fine. I like a drink now and then but nothing heavy and not a party animal so you will have a nice quiet home to chill out in but I do expect the same from you. All are welcome in this house but it is a home too so if you got respectful friends they are welcome too.I also have 2 kitties but they just sleep all day so they wont bother u.Hope to hear from you soon
