Perth building company Doric Constructions and marina developer Landcorp are teaming up to build a landmark residential complex that will showcase forward thinking design concepts.
Doric Constructions – a member of Lancorps newly established building and construction joint venture panel was chosen following a formal tender process.
The 3 storey, townhouse style complex on the waterfront in the South harbour will feature 10 residential units, plus car parking and boat mooring facilities. All with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private courtyard and views to the marina, park and some to the estuary.
“The plans bring together many elements of the modern residential design, including energy efficient and environmentally sensitive design principles” said Doric Business Development Manager Keith Somers.
“The design of the building also ensures the available land is utilized efficiently enabling us to include for example two car bays per unit in a basement carpark” he said

Construction is due to commence by September this year.
