Villa 10 is a three bedroom loft-style villa designed for independent living and optimal privacy.
The villas are bright and spacious, with modern kitchens and quality finishes, all set in a neutral colour palette to compliment your own treasured possessions. Double lock up garage and private paved rear courtyard is very low maintenance so more time to enjoy life.
The three bedroom lofts fronting onto Gillark Street gives the owners a greater sense of independence while still enjoying the benefits the village offers.
Village Facilities and Location:
There is a real holiday atmosphere at Murray River Village with excellent facilities and a vibrant community. The comfortable air-conditioned clubhouse is the social heart of the village.
Our residents particularly enjoy casual gatherings on the huge outdoor terrace and barbeque area next to the solar-heated swimming pool. You’ll also find a lounge area library and computer room, plus pool tables and a games area.
Our village bus makes regular trips to local shopping centres and attractions, but for the times when you prefer to stay closer to home we have our own village hair salon, as well as a consulting room for a visiting podiatrist.
Close to amenities, the village is located just 600 meters from Mandurah Centro which is undergoing a $350 million upgrade to make it the shopping destination of the Peel region, the long established Dudley Park bowling club and the newly expanded Mandurah aquatic centre, while the estuary and the brilliant blue waters of the Indian Ocean are just a minutes away.
There are many attractions around the foreshore area, including several cafes, golf courses, local bowls and a croquet club, so there’s just as much to do outside the village as there is inside.
