This building has a unique design with a Mediterranean influence, including predominately rendered brick elevations, with a pitched metal roof constructed in a pavilion style. The restaurant has an approved commercial kitchen and is licensed to host around 200 guests. Additional improvements include the well presented 21.6ha vineyard, large bulk storage facility, two quality brick residences and a large storage dam of approx 24 megalitres.
