From the front of this house it looks like any normal house but then do as i did and step inside and you will just want to say “wow”!! As soon as I stepped inside the tiled formal entry I was very impressed with the modern, unique design but very homely feel. I can imagine sitting back in the home theatre with the family watching my favourite movies. It is a real theatre room with double doors to lock away any outside noise. I also could imagine cooking in the very stylish central kitchen which has lots of benchspace and stainless steel appliances and chatting to the family as they relax in the open plan family room. I can also imagine keeping an eye on the kids as they are on the computer in the smart idea of the computer nook just off the kitchen. Then I would sit with the family in the meals area and enjoy a nice meal. This area would be the heart of the home which has stunning features like a recess ceiling and beautiful picture windows that open out to the great outdoors. My favourite part of this home would have to be the resort style main bedroom. It is large and is at the back of the home with sliding doors to the alfresco which I could imagine enjoying a morning coffee on! The ensuite is like a hollywood bathroom with a half a wall between the bedroom and bathroom. There is a bath, shower and seperate toilet and has stunning tiling which really gives it that resort feel. The kids will love going to bed too as there rooms are sooo big and have built in robes. They will also enjoy their own activity room which is just perfect for the toys where they can play and you don’t have to see the mess. No more hot summers as the home has ducted airconditioning throughout. The gardens are reticulated off its own bore. Why not come view today and say wow like I did!
