The vineyard comprises of a total area of 13.56 hectares, 2.70 Ha Chardonnay, 3.75 HA Shiraz and 5.26 HA Cabernet Sauvignon and 1.84HA of Sauvignon Blanc, fully reticulated from the main dam. there are 4 good size dams on the property. The vineyard has been designed for machine picking vine rows spaced at 3.5 mtrs wide and vine spacing at 1.5mtrs.
For the coming vintage of 2009 the owners have leased a neighbouring vineyards Semmillon and Sauvignon Blanc blocks which are expected to produce about 15 tonne of each variety. The Tamar Gully vineyard yields are Chardonnay 30 -35 tonne, Shiraz 40 – 45 tonne Cabernet Sauvignon 50-55 tonne
Sauvingnon Blanc yield is expected to be 20-25 tonne when in full production.
Also there are 2 large machinery sheds each 60 ft X 40 ft, 2 large grain silos and grain shed, hay shed and a historic 4 stand shearing shed that is still in use. Other farming activities are fat lambs and some hay production.
