A recent article in The West stated that the Western Australian Planning Commission has moved to address the shortage of industrial plots seeking to rezone large areas of rural land in the Hazelmere Enterprise Area South Precinct to allow for industry use. This precinct is bordered by Great Eastern Highway, Roe Highway and Perth airport.
The plans remain subject to local scheme amendments and detailed structure planning so, granted, nothing is set in concrete at this stage, but if you like the idea of taking a punt, and in the mean-time enjoy a cracking 18m x 9m x 3.6m man-shed with three phase power AS WELL AS a demountable 4 x 1 with double carport and semi attached 1 x 1 then you need to inspect without delay.
The current zoning of rural residential DOES allow (amongst other things) one prime mover and trailer. Further details in regards to what is allowed NOW can be found on The City of Swan’s website.
One thing’s for sure, there’s a lot to like about the current space that the 4438sqm block and surrounds offer RIGHT NOW!
