I kid you not. I get goose bumps every time I walk into this home. It feels rock solid with a lot of elegance and charm that you very rarely see in a home anymore. The owner is not happy about having to leave this home. When I asked him why he said he will miss the view out back from the verandah, the drive through access to the rear. He then kept talking about the solid wooden floors, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the street appeal, the exit doors that take you out onto the elevated verandah that allows you to survey the back yard and hills.

Every piece of wiring in this home has bead fed through conduit. A very rare touch these days. The security system allows you to walk around your own home without going off. As soon as a door or window is open or something taps the window the alarms does its job. Amazing!
