The house is situated on the corner of Granville & Neagle st at the bottom end of the town in a quiet location of the town with heaps of shade tree’s with a view across the road of the bush & farmland off to your right.
It features a shady circular drive out the front with a side personal entry gate which leads into the Patio Area off the side of the house.
Access also through the front door that leads into the lounge area.
It also features a large shed door off the side of the house that opens up into a 2 car single file carport that you can drive through into the large back yard which you can then drive out the large double side gates that lead onto Neagle st off the side of the house.
