This A-Framed building was built in 1962 for the Methodist Church and was used as a place of worship until it was deconsecrated in 1982 when the Uniting Church integrated the Methodists. The building is constructed of light coloured face bricks and has a steep sloping shingle roof. If you had any desires of owning your own church and a piece of history then this is something you should look at. The church is located on the 934sqm block. There is a second building on the 989 sqm block and this has a timber clad building in place which was purchased by the Methodist congregation in 1920 and transported from Kalgoorlie. This building houses two rooms and a lean too across the rear. This building was also used as classrooms during various periods of progress at the Wickepin School. This unique property will be of interest to someone who desires to develop a piece of history.
