A bush block as part of the old Toolibin townsite. On sand plain country with natural scrub, shrubs and small trees. Nearly adjacent to the old Toolibin school site. The area is near the wetlands of the Toolibin and Tarblin lake systems. There is scheme water at the front but power is about 250 metres away. Make an excellent little hideaway to study nature or just look at the stars. The kangaroos will assist. Very little chance of clearing much for activities except for residence envelope. No shooting or bikes. 41 km east of Narrogin on good bitumen road.
