The parks’ shared facilities include security gate, indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, jumping pillow, adventure playground, barbeques and an indoor dining area. Inspect by appointment. No pets allowed. Not permitted to rent, for owners use only. Fees $8350 per annum approximately.
