This little church (c.1870?) – less than 6k from Avoca – offers a quality build and has retained original features. Solid, double brick with galvanised roof and timber floors it is completely open inside and has a lean-to (skillion roof) with an impressive chimney at the rear. Run-off from the roof is plumbed to a tank and there is power to the building. What it does require is a plumbing connection to the interior. The gothic arch windows are in excellent order and there is further potential.
