This substantial brick building was previously Givoni’s manufacturing facility with a workforce of 25 locals in the 1960′s. Previously the property was the Commercial Hotel it has lots of character and potential. The property is in two parts, each with its own title of 1012m2. Originally built in 1879, it was first known as the Carriers Arms, but renamed The Commercial after a transfer of ownership in 1889.
