As the local area grows and grows and grows, its getting harder to find a home so close to train stations and shopping centres that presents as good as what I do. You won’t need a car as public transport is only just around the corner, you can walk to the Werribee Plaza from me and the kids can leave me safely in the morning on their way to High school or Primary school. As a home I have 3 bedrooms, my master has a walk in robe and ensuite, sunken formal lounge, kitchen with island bench and adjacent meals area and my other bathroom is a semi ensuite to both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. I also have a few hidden secrets that include ducted heating, air conditioning, double lock up garage, separate side access for the boat or caravan and outdoor entertaining area. All I need now is someone to look after me like my first owner has been.
