* Perimeter scaffolding, hanging scaffold and/roof edge handrails as required for safe construction access
* Temporary fencing to council/Developer requirements

* Connections to Water, Sewer, Storm water, Electricity and Gas
* Termite Collars to plumbing pipework. Initial application of termite chemical (owner is responsible for regular inspections and re-treatment of perimeter)
* Telstra Lead in conduit and draw wire from pit
