Throw open the curtains and let the sunshine in.  Fire up the heater and let it warm up all the house.  give it a coat of paint and see it smile.  It really will surprise you inside as there is really nothing to do.  You could sell the 4 titles and recoup some money or just sit on it as an investment and grow some vegies to sell on your main street frontage.  Do you like horses or sheep….run a couple.
