Gravelly Beach has not really been “discovered” or “developed” yet! This nice, quiet part of the river nearly at the end of Beach Road offers an ideal opportunity to purchase a building block in a great position before this area does get “discovered!”. Good size block with a gentle slope, access from both ends of the block and with only the roadway between it and the river’s edge, its position is approximately a 25 minute drive to Launceston.
