This property consists of 1 title comprising approximately 154 hectares. Currently zoned Rural Resource, with no existing house there is an opportunity to build (STCA). The property enjoys frontage to Brumby’s Creek. Approximately 46 hectares of the property is cleared grazing land with the remainder approximately 108 hectares of attractive native bushland, consisting of good quality Stringy Bark and White Gum with some Blackwood’s throughout. Fencing on the property is not considered stock proof at this stage. Good gravel roads throughout allow access around the farm but at present the entry bridge has collapsed and is not currently passable. Healthy soils are predominately grey loams.
