Under instructions from The Derwent Valley Council we are instructed to offer this unique historic property to the open market for the first time.
Comprising 5 main structures part of which are understood to pre date the Port Arthur Site the council is keen to see the precinct rejuvenated for the benefit of the community which may include innovative ideas covering artistic, tourist, commercial and the community use activities.
Council will consider both sale or long term lease of the property as a total or in parts. A formal expressions of interest process invites submissions to be lodged by the 20th April 2018.
