Here is an ideal getaway block which boasts both shelter and mountain views down to the South from a house or shack site (STCA). It also looks across a paddock next door to spectacular sandstone caves (pictured). Opposite the entrance there is remnant rainforest and sandstone cliffs covered in moss (pictured) which makes quite a contrast to the drier north facing slopes near the house site. The block also boasts a winter creek and a telecom cable running near the Marked Tree Road. There is a wonderful variety of flowering native bushes and there are native cherry and wattle trees in addition to the eucalypts. The Tas Land Conservancy values the flora and fauna in the area as they have 6 blocks conserved next door. This could make it an ideal location for eco-lodges. There is plenty of firewood on this block. Please call for an inspection.
