NORTH-EAST ASPECT
SHELTERED AND FERTILE
SUNNY

At the sheltered end of the Broardmarsh Road, is this 34.4 hectare (85 acres) block of land with 2 dams and good sites for a large dam if required.

Power conveniently runs through the centre of the block and a phone line runs along the Pelham Road on the inside of the block. It is bounded by Horners and Pelham Roads and is before the winding gravel road up the Pelham Tier. The Tier provides shelter from the NW to SW prevailing winds and the views down the greenest end of the Broardmarsh Valley are spectacular.

This fertile sheltered land will run 200-300 sheep or 20-30 cattle.
