Situated at scenic Eaglehawk Neck, around an hours drive from Hobart on the South East coast of Tasmania is this character home, ideal for the combined sea and tree change with the ocean beach just a km or so away and a lovely bush setting. The game fishing and whale watching charters leave from the jetty / launching ramp less then 5 minutes away and the long sandy beach is ideal for surfing, swimming, water sports, picnics in the summer sun or sunrise dog walks for the early risers.

Down stairs is the open plan living, bathroom and laundry and the main bedroom with built in robes, upstairs has two loft style bedroom connected via feature raised walkway. The house is almost entirely timber lined internally and imitation weather board for longevity on the outside. The is a slight water glimpse of Eaglehawk Bay through the trees on the large sun deck.
