The Town of Topiary Tearoom is located in Railton, “The Town of Topiary” on a tourist route between Latrobe and Sheffield and on the way to Cradle Mountain it is perfect for both tourists and locals looking for good old fashioned home cooking and service. You can enjoy the delicious rabbit pies, scones, cakes, soups and much more. Either outside in the sun with the topiary elephants or inside the cosy tearooms where you can admire the local artworks for sale. There is room to cater for up to 15 people and the tea rooms are wheelchair friendly. Jams, sauces, relishes, biscuits and cakes are available. The Town of Topiary Tearoom is offered on a W.I.W.O basis and figures are available on request. The tearoom is set at the front of a large level block of 1477m2, which gives you several options. You could expand the business itself, build units (STCA) either for holiday accommodation or residential living or build yourself a lovely home and remove the need to travel to operate tearoom. Currently opening 5 days a week there is the option of opening weekends.
