This property is located 13km east of Currie at Pegarah on an internal block, but with a gravel road access. The farm consists of approximately 201.7 hectares and is subdivided by electric fencing that is powered by a new solar panel unit. There is stock water in every paddock, supplied by small paddock dams. There is also timber stock yards on the property that provide adequate holding, drenching and loading requirements. Soils vary from heavy Pegarah soils to sandy loam. The property has some wonderful shelter belts and there is an area of approximately 30 hectares that needs to be reworked and re-sown. The remainder of the farm is sown to permanent rye grass/clover pastures which are performing very well. The permanent Sea Elephant River’ runs through the property.
