All plant, equipment and building supplies are ferried from Port Lincoln by barge, where it is simply unloaded by the roll on, roll off method.

When you purchase an allotment on Spilsby Island you are also buying an undivided 41st share of the balance of Spilsby Island and an undivided 41st share of the homestead and out buildings.

All purchasers are to abide by a land management agreement between the Minister for Environment and Planning and the existing owner. This will guarantee that your investment in Spilsby Island shall remain protected.

Actions which are controlled under this agreement are earthworks; excavation or removal of sand, earth or rock; construction and erection of buildings; painting; the provision for water storage; the number of buildings per allotment and general management of the environment.
