Named after the Connemara region of the West Coast of Ireland, you will be reminded of its Irish namesake as you enter the cottage and enjoy the spectacular view and tranquil surroundings of the area. You can moor your boat directly out the front and the beach is on your doorstep. This property is currently used successfully as a Holiday Rental and as an owners retreat.
The house has three large bedrooms all with new carpet and an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room. The bathroom is new with a large corner shower unit. A split system reverse cycle air conditioner provides all uear comfort.
The views across the bay are breathtaking from the master bedroom, bedroom2 and the lounge. The lounge has sliding door access out to the front lawn, gardens and beach. At the rear of the house is a large undercover, enclosed entertaining area with a barbeque, rangehood and ceiling fan. The room, facing north, has uninterrupted views of Marble Range and Mt Dutton. The house has solar hot water, rainwater tanks, a bore, double garage and tool shed.
Lounge Room/Dining Room has a TV/Video/DVD. 2 seater settee, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, stereo unit, and a small selection of games, books and jigsaws. The Dining Table has seating for 6. A large split air conditioner system is located in this room.
This room looks out across Dutton Bay and has double sliding door access to the garden and beach.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed fully made up with sheets, a feather/down doona, a doona cover and 4 pillows with cases. There is a large modern dressing table, a walkin robe and bedside lockers in this spacious bedroom. The bedroom looks out across Dutton Bay.
