Irregular shaped allotment with a narrow frontage to Cleland Gully Road, opening out to a real adventure block. The block does have some undulating country along the base of the hills but then rises quite sharply into hilly type ground. It is estimated that up to 60% of this block is still remnant scrub along the creek line and some of the steeper country. A winding track takes you through the scrub to a large clearing which is elevated enough to expose glorious rural views. The majority of the land is still accessible by vehicle. The block comprises two paddocks and has a small catchment dam. ETSA power is available along the road frontage and a stock and domestic water supply is available subject to negotiation with an adjoining land owner.
