Quality Shiraz and Cabernet vineyard offering great scope for future expansion.
Currently planted to approximately 11.48 acres of Shiraz planted in 1985 and 1995 together with approx. 7.35 acres of Cabernet which also dates back to 1995. Production for 2017 was in excess of 55.00 ton for the Shiraz and over 24.00 ton for the Cabernet.
The vineyard comes with a generous water licence of 22 meg via a bore which has just been completely upgraded with a new galv casing, new grundfos pump, new cable, new bore cap flange etc for a total spend of approximately $13,000.
The older Shiraz block also had new inline drippers installed in 2016/17
Infrastructure wise there is an excellent shed (21 x 9m) with toilet, pit, rainwater, concrete floor and 3 phase power. There is also an old disused dairy which with a little repair could also serve as a good storage area if required.
With approx. 30 acres of land still available for planting (currently used for hay production) and an excellent income this vineyard has plenty to offer both the new comer to the industry or someone wishing to expand their empire with the best varieties the district has to offer.

The vineyard is particularly well managed and presented and also offer plenty of options should you wish to build a new home etc. A great property in every respect. Inspection will not disappoint.
