Prime Vineyard Property of approx 14.46 Ha (35.73 acres) with 13.94 Ha (34.45 acres) on two title planted to vineyard of Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The zoning is (Rural Valley Floor) in the Barossa Council area.
Planted areas are based on net trellised area, with no allowance for perimeter headlands or curtilage. Areas are derived from the best means available, including irrigation or planting layout survey plans, calculation based on vines planted and planting grid or other acceptable information, including owner estimates, provided to us.
The trellis system is treated pine with drip wire, single cordon and foliage wires.
The planting grid varies with the older vines 3.66m x 2.44m and the more modern plantings 3.5m x 1.8m.
Supplementary watering for the vineyard is drip irrigation.
There is a written grape supply agreement with Peter Lehmann Wines.
Included is a Water Licence with a water allocation of 14,500 kilolitres (Bore).
Mains water is connected to the two titles and there is a SA Water allocation 15ML off peak supply.
Other improvements comprise a shed which stores the grape harvester. This is a 30′x 24′ colour bond shed with high clearance, concrete floor and power. Building area is 93m.
