We need to move interstate for work reasons and are sorry to have to go. We have loved living at 1 Gordon Tce because of:

- The gorgeous tree in the back yard – it provides shade in the Summer and beautiful white flowers in the Spring. It’s beautiful to lie on the grass and look up at the branches and birds – it really connects you with nature
- The garden – it fills with different flowers all year round – purple, white, red and yellow. The grounds are not difficult to keep tidy – previous owners were clever about their plant choices and, to be honest, we didn’t do much work and still people would compliment us on our well-kept and beautiful garden!
- The outlook from the kitchen, laundry and balcony is stunning and calming. Standing in the kitchen it’s easy to escape the busyness of life (or the boredom of emptying the dishwasher) and lose yourself in the sanctuary of nature and incredible Adelaide sunsets.
