We are ten minutes from the city yet it feels like we are in the country. The views are stunning over the city with the sea beyond. The sunsets are fabulous and the night lights spectacular and the pleasure I feel arriving home every evening has never diminished, almost like being on holiday.
Internally I like the layout. The kids have their own space and we have ours and the family areas are spacious, light and airy. It’s a great house for entertaining friends.
The neighbours are very nice and friendly yet we enjoy almost complete privacy.
(So why sell ? Reluctantly and only due to family circumstances)
