Machinery Sheds:
Attached to the hayshed are two individual machinery sheds each of which have light and power (one with 3 phase power). The larger machinery shed is approximately 9.5 metres wide by 13.8 metres deep and front clearance is 4.45 metre. It has full height sliding doors at the back and on one side. The second machinery shed is 9.4 metres wide by 9.4 metres deep and front clearance is 3 metres.

Internal fencing is electrified and the older fences are of the same construction as the boundary fences. More recent internal fencing around dams, waterways and Rodwell Creek is also electrified. A Gallagher 24 joule smart power energiser resides in the machinery shed. A cattle grid constructed of railway iron is installed at the entrance to the property.

Cattle Yards:
The cattle yard is constructed with railway iron uprights and 50mm galvanized piping rails. There is a ‘crush’ leading to a concrete base loading ramp.

Water:
The house is supplied with rainwater from a 15,000 gallon concrete tank with a pressure pump and filter. There is an unused underground stone water tank behind the house with a capacity of 4,000 gallons (approx). Water from the main dam on Rodwell Creek is pumped up to a 20,000 gallon concrete header tank and is gravity fed to the house toilets, lawn, garden taps and 13 concrete stock troughs throughout the property. There is a 10 foot diameter windmill on a 30 foot tower and also a backup electric start diesel motor with helical rotor pump. There are dams in various paddocks for stock watering.

Bore:
There is an unused bore adjacent to the dressage arena with a vintage Lister diesel motor and original pump jack. Pipe work is linked to pop-up sprinklers for the dressage arena.
