Gympie Gardens is about to be constructed in Gympie as stage 2 on a complex. Stage 1 is fully completed and 100% occupied.

Currently, 46 Units have been completed in Stage 1 and a further 44 Units are to commence construction in Stage 2. When completed, the strata-titled unit complex will comprise 90 x 1 bedroom units as a community titles scheme.

The complex is a well appointed development with brick veneer construction on a concrete slab. It is architect designed with the residents in mind, and features corrugated colourbond roofing, powder-coating aluminum framed windows and security screens, solid core external doors, carpets on the bedroom and living room floors, ceramic floor tiles in the bathroom, sheet vinyl on the kitchen and dining area floors, and tasteful furnishings and fittings. Walls and ceilings will comprise painted moisture resistant grade plasterboard in the bathrooms (with tiles to 1.8 metres in the shower and tiled splash backs above the basin), and painted plasterboard on timber stud in the other areas.

The grounds will be fully landscaped, with existing trees on the site retained where at all possible. The construction is being undertaken by registered builders under professional project management, in consultation with the architectural and engineering team.
