Belle at Montville is a fantastic property offering the lifestyle/work option many seek but do not find.

This peaceful, treed 2.7 acre block is located just off Kondallilla Falls Rd in a renowned B&B precinct. The rainforest landscaped property appears through a lovely glade only a few minutes walk to the wonderful Kondalilla Falls National Park. Up the road is the new Chapel making this the perfect business to take wedding overflow accommodation. Only 30 Minutes to the coast and a short drive to the tourist town of Montville this property offers the perfect location for a lifestyle business in the Hinterland.
