PROPERTY: This property comprises 151 hectares (373 acres) on 3 separate titles. The Macadamia plantation is divided into a number of blocks over approx 60ha with additional areas being planted during 2007. Improved grazing pastures of approx 30ha are maintained together with other grazing pastures of approx 15ha.

IMPROVEMENTS: Renovated high set Queenslander with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, polished timber floors and recently painted interior. Fully concreted under the house with undercover parking for several vehicles. Full processing plant with 4 barrel dehusker, large undercover receival bin, conveyors and 3 x 20T fan forced silos. Workshop and undercover parking for tractors located in lockup colourbond farm shed on concrete floor slab. Fenced and irrigated macadamia nursery with capacity for several thousand new trees. Orchard area near homestead with various mature fruit trees.

PLANTINGS: Macadamia plantings in separate blocks at approx 205/ha (from 10 x 3.5 metres to 10 x 7 metres spacing): Approx 11500 trees currently planted: 7000 aged approx 20+ yrs, 1000 aged approx 6+ yrs, 3500 aged from 1 to 5 years. Additional 2500 plantings scheduled for 2007 plus capacity for 1000 – 2000 more trees.

PRODUCTION: Tonnages delivered to processors @ 10% moisture: 2003/2004 106T, 2004/2005 162T, 2005/2006 170T (yield of over 24 kg/tree), 2006/2007 175T (at 36.1% TKR) Estimated potential production of 350 to 400T per annum.

WATER / IRRIGATION: 2 dams (approx 30 mega litres and 300 mega litres). Electric pumping from creek and artesian bore (approx 5000 gal/hour). Queensland Government Waterworks (water harvesting) licenses. Rain water tanks at homestead (2 x 45500litre) and at processing shed. Sprinkler irrigation currently to 3 main blocks (approx 7000 mature trees) with extensions planned for other blocks.

TIMBER: Remnant stands of native timber.

YARDS / FENCING: Full boundary fencing. Internal fencing of macadamia blocks and cultivated grazing areas.

CATTLE: Currently running 30 stud breeders plus commercial cattle on improved and other pastures.

PLANT / EQUIPMENT: Includes all fixed plant and equipment for the receival, processing, drying and storage of nut in shell in 3 x 20T silos. An additional 4 th silo is planned for 2007/2008 as production increases. Irrigation plant includes electric pumps (above ground and submersible) for pumping from dam, creek and bore, reticulation to 3 main blocks with above ground sprinklers.
