This is a cracker of a home. Designed by the owners to fulfil their every need and built for them by their son (a licensed builder) , this home literally ticks all the boxes for a family home.

Firstly I can not go past the magnificent lounge room that flows effortlessly out onto the high ceilinged undercover area. This area is where you will spend a huge amount of time and with the pool right there at the edge of the undercover area it is perfect. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the double garage has a back door entrance straight into the main living area so groceries can be brought right in.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a lovely split in the home allowing the second bathroom to be a guest bathroom when they are staying and it feels like they have their own wing. Very prestigious.

The master is wonderful with is huge ensuite all looking out over the pool area with lots of light flooding though.

It’s funny how you see a house and it takes you back to another time. I once had a lovely home in Melbourne and it had a home cinema. As soon as I saw that this home had a home cinema I was taken back to the many hours of pleasure I had with my wife watching our favourite movies. A very large room specially built to be a cinema it is perfect to turn up the volume and fall into the movie just like in a real cinema.

The gardens on this 2 acre property have been well thought through and have been designed to give the feeling of refined garden without the massive work load.

Overall, this is one of my favourites at the moment and I am sure you will think so too.
