There are over 350 different varieties of Pellargoniums in this nursery. Sales are mostly internet sales at this stage with some retail sales. Sales are by cuttings from the stock plants or rooted stock which have been propagated at the nursery. These cuttings or rooted plants are posted to customers over most of Australia by Australia Post. There are quite a lot of retail sales however there is great growth potential in this area. There is a 3000 gallon tank which catches rain water from the roof and is also fitted with a float switch that turns the bore on and off to fill the tank automatically when the water gets to the set levels. The Website and all computer programs and show displays are included with this nursery. We believe that this is the largest nursery that specializes in Pelargoniums in Australia.

WATER & IRRIGATION: The bore is approximately 125 feet deep fitted with a 5 horse power
Grundfos submersible pump. It has been rated at 5000 gallons per hour. It is situated in the south eastern corner of the bottom machinery shed. Plus three excellent dams.

SHEDS: There are 4 sheds in total: 1. 12m x 7.5m x 3.0m with two roller doors. This shed is used as the garage and entertainment area (pool room and bar etc). Fully concreted floor. It also houses the irrigation controller for the garden and lawn sprinkler system . There is a small room attached with the outside toilet and shower. 2. 18m x 7.5m x 4.2m 5 bay machinery shed with fully concreted floor and apron right round. 6 roller doors. 1 Bay is drive through. This shed houses the nut processing equipment which is completely on casters for storage during the none processing months. This shed is located behind the house also overlooking the orchard. 3. 9m x 6m x 2,4m storage shed located behind the main shed. This shed also has a concrete floor 1 roller door and personal access door. 4. 18m x 7.5m x 3.5m 4 bay fully concreted open front machinery shed.
