4. You only need to save $5,000 plus pay any fees such as stamp duty
5. These homes are being prepared across Australia by IntroCrowd.com.au
6. You will need to allow several weeks for IntroCrowd.com.au to raise your repayable deposit from their crowdfunders
7. You settle on the land first and allow 5-6 months to have your home built
Crowdfunders can be SMSF’s, mums and dads, family members, professional investors.
Expected rent per week based on a 2br home in Ipswich is $250. This amount, after property manager expenses, goes directly to the crowdfunders.
Expected loan repayments based on a $450,000 house and land package is $500 per week. You pay this approx amount directly to your bank.
The home is yours. This means you pay the council rates, water rates, insurances and maintenance of the property. You may receive some taxable deductions on your adjoining tenanted investment home.
The crowdfunded loan terms are for several years. It is expected that your home will increase in value over time. When it has, you will be required to have your home revalued or refinanced to payout the crowdfunders.
