Situation
Glenvale Poultry is a 3 1/2 year old meat chicken farm with 8 sheds and development approval to be extended to 12 sheds. Over 1 km frontage to the Bremer River with a 75 mega litre license from the river, plus 4 bores ranging in capacity from 4,000?12,000 gal/hr. Bores 1 and 2 are used alternatively to supply the sheds. Water is automatically chlorinated during pumping into the 100,000 gallon storage facility, which is done daily.

The Managers house is situated on the same block as the chicken farm. The 3 bedroom home was refurbished when the farm was developed in 2003 and is fully air-conditioned.
