This is a 34 unit complex with a caretakers agreement and letting agreement.There is NO BODY CORP SALARY.
Because there is a 25 year agreement it is NOT A RENT ROLE
The developer is happy to discount the asking price by the amount required to do any work in the complex. Your offer should include this cost as well as your CV. You need to be an experienced manager. The first person to offer the asking price that is qualified, will be granted a contract. There is a requirement to settle quickly and rent out the units urgently. If contractual arrangements are needed to make this happen, the developer is happy to comply.
