Full of surprises. You don’t normally find a duplex on a 53 acre block ….. but you do here.
Between the two units there are two rollerdoors into a joint garage; but there is no way of getting a car into them. They were purely designed as an entertaining breezeway that keeps each unit cool throughout the summer. I am sure you can think of other uses for it too.
The southern unit offers a combustion stove in the open plan living area, plus a bathroom, plus three bedrooms. The third bedroom is so large that it has a concertina door to divide it in two, if you wish.
The northern unit has an electric stove and a wood heater in the open plan living area, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms and one of these has an ante room with another toilet.
Both units have french doors opening out onto the large front verandah that overlooks the surrounding valleys. There are 5 large rainwater tanks all ready for anything a drought can throw at you.
The shed is a tall open machinery shed which dwarfed my 4WD. It has a garden shed on the back of that. There is an old cattle yard in need of some repairs. The two dams are due for a clean out and fix up. The paddocks are very undulating and you will need a 4WD.
That is all I will tell you until you come out for a viewing. Ring me.
