This unfinished project is an inspiration in itself. The living area is elevated a couple of steps off the ground. Double doors from living room and kitchen open onto an enormous raised timber deck. The kitchen features an island bench and black bench tops. The laundry and a separate toilet make up the remainder of this of this floor. Stairs lead up to the top floor which is made up of three bedrooms, a study nook and the bathroom. The bathroom features floor to ceiling tiles, a second toilet and deep plunge bath. Downstairs is a multi-purpose space. The carport has an elevated roof which will accommodate a large boat or caravan and also allows for drive through access to the backyard.
