FOOD
Currently there is no cooking required as contractors supply goods and we have a slice, dice and sell approach. Minimal preparation is required for all food.

STAFF
Biscotti utilizes four staff a day
Morning shift 7:45am – 12:30pm
Afternoon 12:30pm – 5:00pm close.
Weekends extra staff members between 10:00am – 2:00pm
