There is an option where the owner may remove the unit from the in-house management and then the unit could be offered to a staff member as a holiday prize, who achieves the highest sales per month/year, surpasses their nominated sales budget, the staff member of the month or the holiday accommodation would be offered as part of an employment package … a holiday in Cairns, who would say no to that??
